A cozy, recently renovated 70-square-meter apartment with private entry, sleeping up to 5 people, located on the first floor of a historic building dating from the 1700s (NO elevator). Inside the apartment, you’ll find the original doors and beams, which have been restored and repurposed, complemented by handcrafted solid wood furniture.
The interior layout is as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, oven, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils), extendable dining table for six, sofa bed, 40-inch TV, split A/C, and access to the balcony.
- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, armchair, 26-inch TV, and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with a double bed, closet, 26-inch TV, and split A/C;
- BATHROOM I, en suite to Bedroom I, with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- BATHROOM II, en suite to Bedroom II, with double sink, bidet, and toilet;
- BALCONY.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning (3 split units: living room, Bedroom I, and Bedroom II), clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Great experience! The apartment was very nice and well located not far from Naples Archeological Museum. We walked the area and had wonderful food everywhere we dined. The beds were comfortable and having the second bathroom was a real plus with two mostly grown teenagers! We stayed only two nights but enjoyed our time there and would recommend to others.

This conveniently located apartment offers easy walking access to popular attractions like the Duomo di Napoli and vibrant shopping areas. While its tucked-away position behind a corner business provides a degree of privacy, it's important to note that noise from the main roadway and nearby chatter may be audible throughout the night.
The check-in process was seamless, with clear and timely communication leading up to our stay. The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully decorated with a touch of local charm. Both bathrooms were recently renovated and featured excellent lighting. The bed was comfortable.

The apartment is immaculate. There is a very nice kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Giovanni has provided thoughtful touches that we did not always find elsewhere. Toilet paper, soap and tubes of body wash were provided. An adequate number of towels were also provided. The apartment is a little further out from the center. There are no negatives. Giovanni was lovely to deal with. I can highly recommend this apartment.
