Orchard House is a private ranch style home built in the middle of a beautiful orchard with a jaw-dropping view of the sea. The home is surrounded by magnificent views of the sea, olive trees, infinity pool, frog pond, island breeze and a beautiful garden full of fresh produce just for you to use. Looking for a bit of privacy? No problem! The vast property is secluded. It is situated in a family orchard protected by stonewalls and a gate. Orchard House is a perfect destination to relax from tip to toe. Have your most memorable holiday every - utter paradise!
This house has a delightfully spacious. The floor to ceiling doors that go along the entire front of the room allow you to take in nature's beautiful sunsets, views of the sea and olive trees while lounging on the enormous indoor sofa. The extravagant pool has not one, but three levels - a Jacuzzi trickles into the shallow end of the pool, while gently sloping into the deeper end of the infinity pool. Pure bliss! The pool lounge area is built from world famous stone from Brac. There is plenty of room to chill in the shade or soak up some hot rays of Croatian sun on the sun terrace.
The ground floor of this glorious house has a large open plan kitchen and dining area, wonderful BBQ with a patio area covered with stone from the island, very comfortable living room and 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The upstairs master suite includes a roomy bedroom with a large en-suite shower room, private sun terrace and even a hot tub with a magnificent view! Just imagine the beauty at night! The ground floor leads you onto the pool terrace, dining patio and breathtaking sea & orchard views. We've just returned from a fantastic week at Villa Orchard. The property is huge and the rooms are beautifully decorated and lots of natural light. It was spotlessly clean throughout with plenty of towels (both for the poolside and bathrooms) for everyone.Met by Boris who was on hand should we have needed him during our stay & his son cleaned the pool a few times during our stay.The property sits alone within a large orchard and we enjoyed walking round it spotting many varieties of fruits. The pool is amazing. Well maintained, a great size and welcoming to dip into during the hot weather.We loved sitting up on the terrace for a drink prior to the sun setting - great views and beautiful garden furniture to relax on.We also made use of the barbecue a few times too.The facilities within the property are second to none and there is everything you would need in the kitchen. The air con throughout brilliant too.Nice 20 minute downhill walk into Sutivan where a very small selection of restaurants are available and few markets to buy essentials.You definitely couldn't walk back to the property in the dark - a taxi is a must as no street lighting once you're out the village (distance to town from villa is approx 1.5kms). Taxis are a rip off though (20 Euros we got charge both times for that journey, but you're limited as only 1 or 2 around).

Beautiful villa in a perfect location. We could always find a part of the property in sun or shade, depending on preference. The view from the upstairs terrace was spectacular at all times of the day. Easy walk into Sutivan, bit harder coming back up the hill, but justified the ice-cream. Enjoyed the pomegranates, lemons, figs, peppers and tomatoes from the garden. Boris was a very kind and helpful host.

We had a fab time at the Villa and all was in great order. The views are spectacular and Boris was very responsive whenever we had a question for him. Amazing place and gorgeous Island.
