Definitely the nicest unit at Legacy Dunes at the most affordable prices. This stunning Kissimmee condo is located in a lovely gated resort. You'll get to enjoy the resort's swimming pool, golfing, tennis, Ping-Pong, there's never a slow day here!
With modern furnishings, natural light from the wide windows, and plenty of bright, colorful paintings create an atmosphere that's equal parts elegant and energetic. Take it all in from the plush couches of the living room, where you have access to the patio and cable on the flatscreen TV. Two bedrooms and a sofabed allow six guests to stay here. We had a wonderful stay! The location was one of our favorite parts—it was close to all of the Disney parks and plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and other conveniences, yet the community itself felt peaceful and secluded. It was the perfect balance of being near everything while still providing a relaxing place to unwind after busy park days.The property is also very pet-friendly, with plenty of grassy areas to walk our dog, which we really appreciated. The landscaping throughout the community was beautiful and very well maintained.The condo itself was exactly as pictured and described. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were excellent communicators, providing all of the necessary information well in advance and responding promptly whenever we had a question. Overall, we had a great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Property was clean, rooms were well furnished. Pool area, arcade and game room were all great. The only negative thing was that the posting stated there was a hot tub on property which is inaccurate. My teenagers always look forward to a hot tub soak after a long day at the theme parks, and were very disappointed that there was none to be found. :(

Great place to stay if you’re planning any trip to Orlando. Trust me is hard to find a place like this one. Ever been so tired after a long Disney day and you wanna just rest and chill? This place it is. Quiet neighbors. Clean rental. Lake view. Overall would rent again! P.s. great community and communication with the Host. 10/10

What we found to be the absolute limit was having to take out the trash—especially considering that while other places give you until 11:00 a.m., here they only give you until 10:00, and on top of that, they start waiting around as early as 9:50 just to rush you out the door.
