Stately red brick English Mansion located on prestigious boulevard, blocks from Lake Michigan and Lake park. The formal rooms are adorned with beautiful plaster ceilings, handsome woodwork and hardwood floors. The third floor was recently finished into a large and open entertaining space with a full bathroom. Central air exists throughout. The property includes a large and private backyard. The basement has recently been renovated and remodeled into an open concept suite with a private patio and two bathrooms. Additionally, a 7 person hot tub was installed on the outdoor patio in January 2021.

The house was very clean and the check in and out process was easy. Ajoy is a great host! He is very easy to get in contact with. I would recommend this property! We had a great time!

Our family enjoyed a great weekend in this luxurious mansion. The bedrooms were spacious, and there was lots of room to socialize together in the third-floor ballroom, lower-level media room, and large backyard. Ajoy is an attentive host and made sure our stay was a memorable one. We look forward to our next gathering at this wonderful home.
