Beautiful, very bright apartment. Located very close to the beach, it has beautiful views of the lake and the mountain.

It has a small private garden. It also has a terrace so that your holidays in Mallorca can be as warm as possible.



Inside you will find the kitchen, fully equipped, a very bright dining room thanks to its large windows, which, moreover, has direct access to the terrace, four double bedrooms with terrace and two full bathrooms.



It is located in a very quiet residential area but very close to all services: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bus stop. Additionally, it is situated just 350 metres from one of the island's best beaches, known for its kilometres of white sand and crystal-clear waters. It is for all these reasons that we consider this an ideal area to enjoy with children.

Check-in and check-out are flexible, provided there are no other bookings, in which case, check-in must be at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00.



IMPORTANT. For bookings from BOOKING and VRBO: The client must pay 30% of the total of their booking in advance through a completely secure payment link or by bank transfer, the remainder will be paid on the day of their arrival or 10 days before.
