This 4-bedroom villa in a quiet cul-de-sac blends comfort with practical style. Picture yourself cooling off in the L-shaped pool after a beach day at Vilamoura, firing up the charcoal BBQ for shaded al fresco dinners, or relaxing with family on the garden loungers. Ideal for families or friends seeking peace, convenience, and Algarve charm.
Step inside to four air-conditioned bedrooms and four bathrooms across two floors – a ground floor double with shared bath, plus three first-floor bedrooms (one double, two twins) each with private bathrooms. The kitchen offers full equipment and direct BBQ/dining access. The functional living/dining area features cable TV, DVD, 40” LED screen and pool garden doors, along with a basement pool table for fun evenings.
Guests love the shaded outdoor dining with pool view, practical charcoal BBQ setup, and 8×5m L-shaped pool (1-2m depth). Plenty of parking outside the property completes the easy stay.

When we arrived we were not sent the code so had to ring to be provided with it.Pool was not clear so messaged Seashell and they arranged a visit so was another 24 hours before it was clear to use, even though we paid extra to check in early Quite a few snagging issues which we reported and we're fixed promptly however I feel that they should have been checked before we arrived - toaster not working (replaced), toilet roll holder in a bedroom fell off (replaced). Bedroom door not closing - fixed, Pool lights not all working, need attention. Main bedroom no plugs anywhere near dressing table, small bath with shower not easily accessible - needs a slip mat. There needs to be a chopping board in kitchen.Only 1 safe to use for 4 bedrooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay and are going back in 2 weeks so am now confident we will have a smoother start.

Having been to Vilamoura last year, and stayed in the private villa next door to Villa Jade we knew the area and location which we really loved. The villa was spacious, fairly clean, but in parts looked very tired and in need of some serious upgrading
There was no information informing us that the pool was either heatednot heated. This was a very big let down, as you could not use the pool throughout the holiday as it was absolutely freezing. For the amount of money paid this should be without question, heated, and able to be used. We wouldn't have booked this villa had we known this. Security around the villa was very poor. Unable to lock the patio doors, they were secured by two bits of wood on the runners. Also there is no security round the sides of the villa, hence you could walk down both sides from the road and enter the patio doors at the rear of the villa. From the sunbathing area you are unable to see the patio door entrance for the hedge, so couldn't see if anyone was around. Also unable to open the back door, this is a fire hazard should it needed to have been used
