Exactly as the photos shown, very well kept apartment. Maria is a great hostess and we were met at the ferry port by her son Mario who helped with our luggage up and down the 15 or so steps from Main Street to the apartment entrance. The apartment is centrally located with a small coffee shop right downstairs , perfect place to have a pastry and people watch. The location is ideal , 100 or so meters from the main square so it’s a lot quieter. The apartment is one bedroom plus a loft above the living room, so that second bedroom could be noisy since it faces the Main Street . The only negative we experienced during our four night stay is the sad fact there is construction going on all day so the drilling noise was almost unbearable . It is not the host’s fault and she tried hard to help us.

The location was excellent, close to town center, beach and ferry. Upon arriving in Amalfi, the host (Maria) had someone meet us at the ferry dock and, upon departure (when it was raining and the ferries cancelled) she arranged for a driver to transfer us to Salerno.I/We would highly recommend.
