8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the stay. The main reason for the 4-star rating was a couple of maintenance and cleanliness issues. The air conditioning repeatedly had to be adjusted throughout our stay. It seemed like it may have been on a timer or programmed schedule, but with the extreme heat outside, it became inconvenient to keep resetting it.Additionally, the home could have benefited from a more thorough professional cleaning before our arrival. We found food on the bedroom floors and trash left inside some of the drawers, which made it seem like the previous cleaning was rushed. Also, the grill had not bed cleaned at all, which was disappointing considering it was a holiday weekend. With improved cleaning and the A/C issue addressed, this would easily be a 5-star property.

The front door pad lock need to be adjusted or replaced. Continue to active. Everything in the house was great will return for another stay soon. There was more than enough space beautiful interior and the pool table was a plus.

We live in Florida in the winter and came there because our daughter and son-in-law live in Kathleen, the thermostat was on a controlled number and the house got to 61 degrees We were there for 3 days and someone came on our last nightWe were all pretty cold.In the master shower there was no bar of soap so the first morning we used the shampoo which didn’t have much in it and it was watered downSo my daughter sent us back with a bar thank goodness If I knew there would be no soap I would have gladly brought my own, which I always bring shampooFor the price we paid I don’t think we were should have to bring a bar of soapDisappointed Would I rent this house again next year? Definitely notWe will rent somewhere else, since we will be coming here for thanksgiving
