Villa Rubini is a two storey stone-built villa with a breathtaking view. Taking care of every single detail and keeping the same style throughout, it's in perfect harmony with the beauty of its natural environment.
Located in a quiet place, this vacation rental is just five minutes from the city of Lefkada. Having a private pool and being close enough to the sea gives options to the guests. Villa Rubini is located in Apolpena, a village 5 minutes from Lefkada town and the beaches of Agios Ioannis, Miloi and Gyra. It is built with stone and wood on a traditional but also modern style. It has a private swimming pool with exceptional view and a vegetable garden where you can find fresh fruits and vegetables for your salads. It has a big BBQ and a traditional wood oven.

Nice stone-made terrace with beautiful garden and magnificent view above the city of Lefkada, the sea-lake, the castle, the sea and far the continental Greece. Private swimming pool (8*3,5), a big barbecue and a traditional stone oven, shaded balcony and a pool shower.

Living room with fireplace and doors to the swimming pool. Kitchen and dining area. One bedroom with one single bed. Bathroom with shower.
1st floor. One bedroom with double bed and one bathroom with jacuzzi. One bedroom with twin beds and one bathroom with shower.

Located in a quiet place with a magnificent view, this vacation rental is just five minutes from the city of Lefkada. Having a private pool and being close enough to the sea gives options to the guests. Above the green of the island and under the summer Greek sun, luxury meets the beauty of nature.
Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitoes, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.
Please note:
• A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. To avoid any misunderstandings, kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking.
• If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply.
• An additional 15€/day environmental fee should be paid in cash directly to the owner upon arrival.

Our stay at Villa Rubini on Lefkada was one of the best we have had in our trips to Greece across the years.
From the excellent support staff (thank's Bianca), who were always in touch when we needed them and provided us a great tour of the house, tot he owner (Mike) being there also at check in.
The Villa itself is perched up high in the hills above Lefkada, and the roads to it are one of the only downsides of the Villa, they are winding and narrow, not dangerous, but you do need to be a confident driver, with as I am meant we got to experience that is an incredible view of Lefkada town. Five of us stayed there and there was ample room, and pretty much every creature comfort you can require.
The design of the stone built villa is also really lovely, with an excellent pool and lovely long balcony for morning coffee and an evening drink.
Lefkada itself is very good with lots to do, excellent food and activities.

Great villa , great views from outside . Very helpful owner and agents . Lovely fruit bowl of fresh fruit and veg , wine , water and soft drinks . Had a fabulous stay , will definitely be back .

We adults felt incredibly comfortable. this also applies to the children. We were provided with a cot and a child seat on request. We would like to thank you for the wonderful time in the villa. we couldn't have done better. Every day we were greeted with an incredibly beautiful view after waking up. We have nothing to complain about. Thanks!!!

The care to attention by the owner and staff, the location both of Lefkada and Villa Rubini, the views and overall the ability for the villa to appear like a home rather than a rental property, makes a visit to Villa Rubini the perfect getaway.
