Great little place right near downtown Leadville (only 5 min walk to Main Street shops/restaurants). The place was quiet and clean and we will definitely look to stay in this place again.

Clean, super simple and near everything. Walking distance to downtown and 30 minutes to ski resorts. Kitchen had all the supplies needed to cook. Washer and dryer availability really helped us out to. Nice cozy place to stay

Darling little turn of the century home in historic 2 mi-hi Leadville CO. House was exactly as photos shown and described in the write up. A pleasant short walk to town especially durning the beautiful Fall turning of the aspens. The kitchen was my fav room to observe the creativeness of each detail from dish washing soap to WasherDryer, essential cooking items, plus the dish and silverware cabinets The beds were very comfy w nice liners. A lot of work went into the tiny but workable bathroom and it shows. Good shower, new vanity and toilet. One can again ‘see’ the creativeness needed to bring the house to safety standards w plenty of hot water electricity and heat for each room.
