2023 major remodel including new kitchen with granite countertops, cabinets and new appliances. New roof, hvac and LVP flooring throughout. New paint and custom tile shower in master with body sprays and pebble floor. Lots of covered indoor/outdoor space including 30 ft covered deck, sunroom and screened in porch. Expansive dock with covered space, bar area, sunning space and 40 ft floating dock large enough to tie up 2 boats or a boat and jet skis. Lots of room in driveway for parking and boat trailer. Adult and child paddle boards included as well as youth kayaks. No wake zone perfect for swimming, floating, paddling with main channel views. Very convenient to Bridgewater and Hales Ford bridge.

Great house and perfect location on SML.

House was great - even better than shown in the pictures (nice surprise with arcade game system in the lower level!). Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and the host was outstanding with communication and addressing questions/issues. The 6-foot lower lake levels caused the floating dock to be 6 feet below the fixed dock, so the host had a ladder installed the very next day. Views of the lake were great from both levels of balconies. Beds were very comfortable and AC worked great. Loved seeing deer around the neighborhood daily (careful when driving).Overall highly recommend!

House in its self is functional just not as clean as we normally would like it. The dock was great we rented boat a Jet Ski and had room to tie up to dock . The house or cabin is some what dated after all it is a cabin on the lake.
So if you like clean and new this is not you place . If you like rustic cabin old but great location and dock its your place
