It consists of:

- Well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster as well as crockery and cookware)
- Room n. 1: 1 double bed
- Room n. 2: 1 single bed (you can add a second bed)
- Room n. 3: 1 double bed or two single beds (with private bathroom)
- N. 2 bathrooms with shower
The apartment comes with wi-fi (free), satellite TV, hair dryer, washer-dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
The apartment is equipped with linens, bath and kitchen (weekly change).
On request, can be provided cot and high chair (free).

It was fantastic being met by the host and introduced to everything in the flat. The listing was exactly as stated, perfect for our visit to the Biennale, as it was in a very short distance to the Giardini and the Arsenale. We would recommend the apartment and we definitely would return in the future again.

Very clean and modern. Very helpful host. One tip, if you are travelling by bus from Marco Polo Airport, make sure that you get a ticket before boarding a bus. We were tricked by the driver to board and then ambushed by a ticket inspector 10 seconds later who fined us 120. Disgraceful behaviour by people exploiting tourists. We would have got off the bus if the driver hadn’t beckoned us on. That said it didn’t spoil a lovely week in a beautiful city.

Perfect location for a quiet stay in Venice. Close to Vaporetto station, grocery store and local restaurants and a short boat ride to the beautiful beaches of Lido. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5 and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
