"Poolside Oasis" is a luxury villa located at the Ledges Resort at Snow Canyon. This 4-bedroom (4th bedroom is an unenclosed loft), 4.5 bathroom villa spans 1,932 square feet. Positioned within 100 yards of two resort-style heated pools, oversized hot tubs, and two luxury pickleball courts, the villa offers convenient access to these amenities.
Guests can enjoy full resort amenities, including room service from the resort restaurant, Fish Rock Grille, and onsite concierge services to assist with activities such as booking tee times. The Ledges of St. George is an ideal destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts, with proximity to hiking, biking, and ATV trails, renowned rock climbing and rappelling spots, and breathtaking views of the red and white sandstone mountains.

My family had a great time here. We came for my daughter’s softball tournament so we needed a place to relax when there were no games scheduled. The Pool was in view of our place so it was walkable distance. Pictures of my rental were just as nice as when we arrived to stay. It was perfect for us & I would love to come back for a non softball vacation!

Did a Monday to Friday stay and played the ledges three times as well as some other courses. Great deal and facilities. I do wish the hot tub was actually hot as it was lukewarm.
