Situated near Westbourne Grove, the property is a wonderful newly refurbished studio flat in the heart of Notting Hill.
The flat is just a few yards from lots of great local restaurants shops and supermarkets whilst positioned in a quiet road.
Getting around London from here is easy. It’s a 10 minute walk to 3 tube stations and many buses stop nearby.
It’s only a brisk 10 minute stroll to Hyde Park
Perfect for up to 4 people, it is well designed to make the most of the space with a king sized double bed and a very comfortable, easy to operate king sized double sofa bed.
It has a fully equipped Kitchen with granite work tops and a breakfast bar.
The kitchen is fitted with modern high end appliances including a dishwasher, extractor, washing machine, microwave, grill/oven and an induction hob. It includes all you need, with high end cutlery, crockery and glassware.
The coffee table converts into a dining table with space for 4 people.
Bathroom includes a full sized bath and seperate shower unit.
Freshly laundered high quality towels and linen are provided.
There is a 46 inch flat screen JVC TV with a moveable bracket, and Chromecast facilities.
High speed wireless broadband is provided, and a Sony radio/music player is available.
Underfloor heating provided throughout.
We are flexible on check in and out times, and where possible can arrange early or late arrivals and departures.
We can also consider pets staying by prior agreement.

We had a wonderful stay and felt this property offered excellent value for the money. The location was fantastic, with easy access to both the Tube and bus routes, making it simple to explore all that London has to offer. The accommodations had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting London and would gladly stay here again.

there is not enough towels, no handwash towels, no paper towels or tissue. No small trash in bathroom. Not happy with basement swirl stairs, especially carry big suitcase and not good for elders people. Great location! Had a minor problem with front door lock but it can be fixed. Floor was dirty (my socks was black when removed it)
