The house sleeps four across two queen bedrooms and has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and a large bathroom with a separate shower and a deep bathtub. A paved courtyard at the rear opens to a garden outlook, private enough for breakfast outside or a quiet evening.
The location suits longer stays. Princes Park, with its 3.2km walking and running track, is a few minutes' walk. Lygon Street's cafes, bakeries, and restaurants are close by. Melbourne University is about 20 minutes on foot, and the Parkville hospital precinct (Royal Melbourne, Royal Children's, Royal Women's, Peter Mac) is within easy reach, which makes the house a practical base for visiting families, academics, and medical staff. Trams on Lygon Street and Royal Parade run to the CBD in about 15 minutes.
The house also suits families with school aged children. Princes Hill Primary School is a five minute walk on Pigdon Street, and Princes Hill Secondary College sits at the top of Arnold Street. This location is remarkable. A beautiful quiet street near by to Princes Park. It was Autumn so really beautiful for walking in the early evening.The house is ideal.
