This fabulous apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 fully renovated bathrooms with showers, designed for your comfort.
The apartment includes a garage parking space, free for our guests, making your mobility and stay more convenient.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, dishes, pots, and cutlery—everything you need to prepare your favorite meals with ease.
The spacious and bright living room has two glass walls that open directly onto the large terrace, a perfect space to enjoy the views or relax. It also includes a TV so you can unwind with a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid.
On the rooftop, you’ll find a spectacular pool, open during the summer months. It’s an ideal spot to rest on a sun lounger and enjoy a drink at the pool bar while taking in the best views of the city.
Additional amenities include air conditioning and heating for your comfort year-round, free Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

The apartment was everything you need for a vacation stay. It’s in a residential/business neighborhood. We felt very safe there. It was a short walk to two different metro lines. The apartment is outside the historic/museum area but the metro is easy to navigate and only a few minutes to those areas. A fantastic grocery store is across the street. The balcony is great!
Very small drawback is no regular oven (there is a microwave) and only two-burner stove top. We made it work but even a toaster oven would be nice for heating up pastries and other breads, etc. I think most people aren’t interested in cooking on vacation like we are so won’t be a detriment to most.
Beds were great, furniture comfortable. Two bathrooms with good showers. Smart tv so you can sign in to Netflix, etc to watch your favorite shows.
We really enjoyed our stay and it was very nice to come back to the apartment after a long day exploring Madrid and surrounding area.

La estancia ha sido inmejorable. Dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días fantásticos (menaje, toallas, kit de ducha...).
La comunicación ha sido muy rápida, siempre disponibles. También han sido muy flexibles con la hora del check out.
