Room for Everyone – Comfort Without Compromise
Island Castle is thoughtfully designed to accommodate larger groups while still giving everyone their own space to relax.
• 3 bedrooms feature custom-built Queen bunk beds, perfect for kids, teens, or multiple families traveling together
• One bunk room also includes additional twin bunks for extra flexibility
• The primary suite is a private retreat, featuring a king bed, spa-like en-suite with a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, fireplace, 70” SmartTV, and private deck access
⸻
Outdoor Living at Its Finest
The expansive decks are where Island Castle truly shines—complete with comfortable seating, umbrellas, dining space, and a BBQ area perfect for gathering, grilling, and soaking in the view.
While not directly beachfront, the home sits on the corner of Seashell & Texas and offers unobstructed water views so close, it feels like you could reach out and touch the Gulf. And best of all, you’re just steps away from the sand.
This stretch of beach is especially inviting—no rocks, easy access, and pedestrian-only, meaning a quieter, more peaceful beach experience with no vehicles or golf carts.
⸻
A Location That Has It All
Take a short walk to Jetty Park, where you can fish, crab, enjoy the playground, cool off at the splash pad, or stroll the beautiful Butterfly & Nature Trail.
From your deck, enjoy the simple magic of the coast—watch tankers and fishing boats pass through, spot brown pelicans gliding across the sky, and take in both sunrise and sunset views that never get old.

This is the perfect space for a large group. We had 18 adults and all slept very comfortably, all of the beds were super comfortable. The pantry was stocked with all necessities to cook which we appreciated. The only issue we had was not being able to get the grill started but luckily we brought our own. The location was perfect, it was a quick and easy walk to the beach which was very convenient. There was also a bar/restaurant we walked to about a mile away from the house. Overall, we had a great time and experience and plan to return sometime in the future.
