Parking: Plenty parking spots. Follow all posted community rules; towing is enforced.
Pets: Not allowed.
Trash: Bag all trash and dispose in the bench box in the hall way. Do not leave bags outside the door).
Damage/extra cleaning: Charged for smoking evidence, stained linens/towels, excessive mess, missing items, or rule violations.
Check-in/out: Check-in after 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM
Basic courtesy: No wet towels on furniture, no glitter/confetti, and please keep food out of bedrooms.

Rooms were all clean and well maintained. Couple of small pebbles in the shoe with some light bulbs and the dryer being extremely loud. But other than that EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.

We were in Orlando for AAU Volleyball Nationals and this condo is perfect for any event at the OCCC. This was our daughter’s last trip to nationals, but this condo is also centrally located to all of the Orlando theme parks. If we’re ever in Orlando again, Daisy’s condo will definitely be the first place we look to stay!

Fantastic 11 night stay for a family of 5 adults. Beds were super comfy, spacious property and well stocked of towels and pool towels. Property is well located snd quiet. Publix and takeaway option and a diner just across street 2 min walk. PoolFacilities were good in a nice setting.
