Just 100 meters from the beach, enjoy the tranquility and a beautiful interior. Juliette and Christophe have renovated and decorated this old family-owned wooden cottage to offer you a relaxing, comfortable, and cozy vacation: a living room with large windows to enjoy the sun, a dining area, and a very functional kitchen.
Next to the garden, you’ll enjoy the south-facing garden and terrace, sheltered from the wind, for relaxing moments with your family or friends. Our vacation home, with great care from your host, is pleased to provide you with all the necessary amenities for a hassle-free stay (crib, high chair, bathroom, colorful dishes). Ideal for enjoying the beach; visit the beaches of Le Land and Caen, just 20 minutes away. All amenities on-site (bakery, newspapers, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bars/concerts).

First floor: entryway, large open living area with sitting room (sofas, armchairs, TV), kitchen, dining area, restroom, bathroom.
First floor: Bedroom 1 (1 bed, 160 cm), Bedroom 2, Bathroom 1 (1 bed, 80 cm), Bedroom 3 (2 beds, 80 cm each, convertible to 160 cm upon request), Room 4 (1 bed, 140 cm; 1 crib), shower, WC.

Overall it is a good holiday home. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house itself is perfect for a family. Lots of space, good kitchen and good beds
The only thing I would suggest is better furniture. The chairs aren’t that comfortable and also the chairs outside could be better. But that

Had a great week here. Property clean and well equipped. Super location - 5 minute walk to the beach, supermarket and boulangerie. Lion- sur- Mer is a delightful, small town. There is not a huge choice of places to eat but this was not a problem for us. Would recommend and would happily return.

Lovely property with excellent amenities, stayed with family & a friend. Kentigern gave us a lovely welcome, explaining all and left a welcoming gift too which was very much appreciated.
We were very lucky and had lovely weather, thoroughly enjoyed our stay taking in all the sites and the wonderful D Day 80 celebrations.

The house was big and comfortable with plenty of equipment. The garden was a little disappointing as a bit unkempt and no hot tub as advertised. We ordered bedding for one room but it didn’t arrive until the second day and there was a lot of difficulty getting in contact with the host to sort that. The road alongside the house was very noisy. But the location to the beach and a range of activities was excellent
