Welcome to true beachfront living at Gulf Village! This beautifully renovated (April 2023) 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is directly on the beach — no roads to cross and no long walks to the sand. Simply step outside and enjoy immediate access to the shoreline, along with breathtaking Gulf views from your private balcony.
Located on the third floor with elevator access just around the corner, this coastal retreat is thoughtfully decorated to create a relaxed, beach-inspired atmosphere perfect for families and friends.
As of February 2026, the building features newly upgraded high-speed internet and cable, ensuring reliable streaming, remote work capability, and strong connectivity throughout your stay.

One parking pass is included ($40 fee added to your stay).
A second parking pass is available for an additional $40 (must request in advance).

No boats, trailers, RV's or jet skis are allowed. Paid overflow parking is available at Pier 33 down the road. This is a convenience store with a lot that allows overnight parking. Go inside Pier 33 to pay the overnight parking fee. This fee will not be reimbursed.I would also like to add that the elevator is a convenience, there are times it may not function because of our close proximity to the beach and other guests misuse. We have a contract with a repair company and they will come out within 4 hours to repair it if they dont need to order parts but I just wanted to make sure everyone was aware that on rare occasions it does go out.

The Host was very easy to communicate with, our ac stopped working on our next to last night there be we had to leave had repair man out the next day. Would definitely stay here again had my 4 little grands with me was very convenient being so close to the beach.

Overall a solid condo unit that met our family’s needs. Unit was clean. Balcony is huge which was a nice plus. Very short walk to beach. No boardwalk. Probably the closet we have ever been to beach access. We also enjoyed fishing each morning on the private pier in little lagoon. Huge plus. Would definitely rent again!

The condo was clean and overall comfortable for our stay. However, there were several issues that affected our experience. The bunk bed had bolts missing from both the safety rail and ladder, which raised concerns about safety, especially for families with children. The microwave was also not functioning during our stay, which was inconvenient. The most significant issue occurred when we became locked out of the condo for approximately three hours. Two locksmiths had to come out before we were able to regain access. Unfortunately, the owner did not have a backup key available in the keypad system, which greatly delayed resolving the situation. While the condo itself was clean and had potential to be a great place to stay, these maintenance and access issues need to be addressed to provide guests with a smoother and safer experience.
