In the beautiful fishing village of Pruchten, at Zum Fährmann 2, there is a vacation home with 3 apartments.
About 7 km from the Baltic Sea beach, you can still enjoy the peace and quiet here before the summer crowds arrive.
The well-maintained bike path leads directly to the peninsula. Along the way, you can experience unspoiled nature, and it’s just a 20-minute bike ride to Zingst.
In Pruchten itself, you’ll find a traditional bakery, an ice cream parlor, a bike rental shop, and access to the swimming area on the Bodden.
This modern, high-quality vacation rental features an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer), a Nespresso Pixie, a living room with a dining table and TV, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, one bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed. Both bedrooms have a TV. Wi-Fi included.
The terrace faces southwest and is equipped with a Broil-King gas grill and sun loungers.
One pet is allowed.
One parking space is available on the property.
