The first floor features the living room with a fireplace, an open-concept kitchen with
a dining area, a guest restroom, and the hallway. Upstairs, you’ll find a bright, spacious bedroom with a double bed and a fully equipped bathroom. The attic has been designed as a chill-out lounge.
The basement features a second double bedroom and an additional shower room. The city center and the beach are just a few minutes’ walk away. There are several excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity. This vacation home skillfully combines refined comfort with cozy warmth. Very tastefully furnished, you’ll find not only design pieces—some of which were custom-made for this vacation home—but also lovingly selected details that add warm accents.
