"Bernstein" is one of a total of 7 apartments, each with different amenities and sizes.
The following amenities are available for all vacation apartments:
- Parking space next to the building
- Luggage racks can be stored in the lockable garage

- Bicycle storage is available in the garage
- Coin-operated washing machine available
- Coin-operated dryer available
- Terrace or balcony
- Outdoor furniture available from April through October

The Accommodation
The "Bernstein" Apartment
- is approximately 35 m² in size
- suitable for 1 to 2 people
- is located on the first floor and is accessible via 1 step
- 1 bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed
- 1 bathroom with shower and hair dryer
- 1 living and kitchen area with a built-in kitchen, microwave
(no oven), toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator with
freezer compartment, 4-burner cooktop, electric kettle, and satellite TV
- 1 terrace
- Dogs are welcome for an additional fee

The benefits of the visitor’s tax/guest card include free admission
to the beach. You will receive your guest card directly from me. All adults are subject to the visitor’s tax (people with severe disabilities [50% or higher] receive a discount).
Children and teenagers under 16 are exempt from the visitor’s tax.

The following costs are added to the price: Büsum visitor’s tax:
Guest card /per person aged 16 and older/per night, plus 1 night for the arrival and departure days
April through October; Dec. 25 through Jan. 7: 3.00 euros
Remaining period: 2.00 euros

Optional extras can be booked:
Duvet covers: 12.00 per person
Towel package: 9.00 € per package
Dogs are welcome: 46.00 euros per stay
