Absolutely loved Osprey PH06! It was spacious for our large group and we loved the rooftop terrace. Even in June it was cool enough a couple of nights to be able to enjoy the rooftop hot tub, grill out and watch the fireworks shot off from the Okaloosa Pier. Of course, our favorite feature of the property itself was the lazy river! The property management company texted every couple of days to check in and make sure everything was okay and they were quick to answer any questions. Would love to return to this unit again!

We loved staying here, room was clean and well stocked great location and check in was a breeze. Staff support was great as well with any questions we had. Pools and lazy river were amazing to have. We were there for the beach but with the water being as choppy as it was during our entire stay it was nice to let the littles relax and be in the water at the resort! We will be back again!

The penthouse was absolutely beautiful!! It exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and spacious. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

The unit was very nice, we really enjoyed the rooftop and the private hot tub. The resort itself was well taken care of and very clean. The unit we had could use a little love, the glass doors and tracks very are dirty and hard to operate, the floors looked clean but didn't feel clean especially in the master suite. The shower in the master has some black mold on the calking. The king bed needs to be replaced its sagging and very uncomfortable. We had very cold weather and there was not much in the unit to occupy our time, most of the units we have visited have decks of cards, games, puzzles etc. We bought two decks of cards and left them for the nezt guests. The rooftop area needs new tiling, many tiles are lifting and broken, loose grout. We were not able to sign the guest book because there was no pen. Overall its a pretty unit and we enjoyed the space. It needs better upkeep however.
