The main floor has an open-concept kitchen and dining area, a large living room, and direct access to a covered front deck with a gas fire pit and seating for the whole group. The basement features a second living room and game room — great for the kids or a late-night hangout. Step outside to the private hot tub on the back deck. The property sits on a full acre with parking for vehicles, including room for RZRs and trailers. Smart home throughout: keypad entry, smart thermostat, and smart devices.

THE AREA:
Duck Creek Village puts you at the center of some of southern Utah's best outdoor access. Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park are both about 45 minutes away. Brian Head Ski Resort and Cedar Breaks National Monument are just up the road. Close to town you'll find local pizza, gas, and UTV rentals. The surrounding area has lava tubes, ice caves, and waterfall hikes documented in our in-cabin guest book. Navajo Lake is a 9-minute drive. Cedar City Regional Airport (CDC) is 47 minutes.
