The large, fenced-in garden is perfect for barbecuing, or you can enjoy the sun on the lounge chairs or in a beach chair.
In the evenings, it’s simply wonderful to unwind by the wood-burning stove. Free fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available. The house will be fully renovated in 2023 and features a living-dining area with an open, fully equipped luxury kitchen. The heating system is a state-of-the-art wall-mounted system that creates a wonderful indoor climate. Next to the entryway, featuring a classic “Klönschnack” door, is the bathroom with a rain shower. On the upper level of the vacation home are two beautiful bedrooms with double beds, perfect for a peaceful retreat. The wellness area on the property, available to all our guests, leaves nothing to be desired with its Finnish sauna and infrared cabin. There’s also a fast-charging station for your electric car. The idyllic location of this beautiful thatched-roof cottage is truly captivating. Situated along the avenue leading to the Priesholz estate between the Schlei and the Baltic Sea, it offers you pure relaxation. From here, you can wonderfully explore the unspoiled natural and coastal landscape of the Angeln region, or take a stroll along the harbor in the nearby Schlei town of Kappeln.
The villages in this rural area are characterized by golden-yellow rapeseed and grain fields, medieval churches, and old thatched-roof cottages with lush farm gardens. The excellent water quality of the numerous unspoiled beaches and the gently rolling landscape promise to be a balm for body and soul.
