With a large backyard featuring a fire pit and swing for the kids and a pickleball court, comfortable beds, a large open kitchen stocked with essentials for preparing meals, you may never want to leave! The location is convenient to several grocery stores, many restaurants and shopping and minutes from Siesta Key! ***PLEASE NOTE** There is one security camera on each side of the house facing the side yard, one on the porch facing the driveway, one under the carport facing the side door, and a Ring doorbell on the door under the carport. There are no devices inside the house.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had a simple, comfortable feel…just perfect. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals, and we really appreciated all of the beach essentials that were provided. Everything in the home was thoughtful and we appreciated all the attention to the details making our vacation easy and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Our family stayed here during our spring break this year and had a really great time. The property has tons of amenities including a private pickleball court and a HUGE back yard. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Sara and family for a great stay!

Banyan Cottage was absolutely delightful! What a happy, bright house with everything you can possibly need and more. Sara was the perfect hostess with quick responses to any question. We are already looking forward to returning for another visit.
