Vacation Apartment No. 97 in the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Spanning approximately 54 m², you can relax in a lovingly furnished two-room ground-floor apartment accessible via a separate entrance. The apartment features a living room with a dining area, a bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a south-east-facing terrace.

The furnished, secluded terrace—complete with a large umbrella and a beach chair—is accessible from the living area. Large patio windows give the living and dining areas a bright and sunny atmosphere. The double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) can be converted into a comfortable bed with a real mattress in no time at all. The modern dining area, with a bench and two chairs, offers plenty of space for four people. For entertainment, you can use a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system.

The modern kitchen is separate and well-equipped. Here you’ll find plenty of dishes for preparing your meals, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a large closet for your clothes. A travel crib and a high chair are available for young guests. Curtains on the window allow you to block out the light. The living and sleeping areas have laminate flooring.

The tiled bathroom features a shower and a toilet. This is a non-smoking apartment. For guests who wish to bring their dog on vacation, please note that small and medium-sized dogs are allowed.

An outdoor parking space is located in the immediate vicinity. Bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or storage room for bicycles.
