Family trip before school starts. Second time staying here and was as great as first

This property was perfect for our family holiday! Well stocked kitchens, plenty of space for everyone but still cozy and we were able to bring our dogs too. Close to the beach and all things Tybee, able to walk to just about everything. Would most definitely stay here again.

We come to the island every year for our anniversary, and have yet to ha e a bad experience. We've been coming for 10 years. This was one of our favorite properties in our time coming. It had plenty of room for everyone, was right by the beach and stores.

The property was nothing like the pictures. The pictures make it look nice. This place needs a lot of upgrades. The air conditioner in top unit barely works. We had it set at 72 and was at 81 most of the time. We checked the air filter for the air and was disgustingly. The kitchen sink faucet upstairs handle wouldn’t stay on. We had someone come out and they said they had to order the part and could take 2-3 days. The faucet was so old I don’t know why they can just replace it. The fridge in downstairs unit barely got cool. The carpet on the stair is horrible and needs to be town up. The queen beds in one of the bedrooms upstairs are terrible. The door code worked when it wanted to. That was annoying. Overall the house was pretty dirty and very outdated. This house needs a lot of TLC and some upgrades and it would be so much better. I would not recommend this house. We will not stay here ever again. Just was not satisfied. Also the the listing states upstairs and down but fails to tell you that they are individual and you have to go outside to get to the different units.
