This modernly furnished vacation rental offers approximately 50 m² of living space, including a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and features a northeast-facing balcony. The beach is only about 70 meters away.

The apartment also features a radio with a CD player and a flat-screen TV. The sofa bed (160 x 190 cm) comfortably sleeps two people. You can step out onto the furnished balcony from the living area.

In the bedroom, the double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) invites you to dream. A spacious closet offers plenty of room for your travel essentials. Both the living room and the bedroom feature laminate flooring. Roller blinds are provided for light control.

The modern, tiled kitchen area features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A dining table seats 4 people.

This apartment also features a tiled bathroom with a shower and toilet. It is designated as a non-smoking unit, and pets are not allowed.

You can park your car in the underground garage, and there is also a bicycle storage room. Additionally, the complex offers Wi-Fi (subject to availability), an elevator, coin-operated washing machines (shared), and coin-operated dryers (shared).

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for a fee (without making the beds).

You can safely park your car in the building’s underground garage (maximum vehicle height 2.0 meters). From there, you can easily take the elevator to your floor.
