This charming studio apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained family house in Dugi Rat, just 30 metres from the sea. On 20 m², it offers comfortable accommodation for up to 2 people and is ideal for couples looking to spend a relaxed beach holiday in a central location.
The apartment combines sleeping, living, and dining areas in one cosy room. It features a double bed, a sofa bed, a wardrobe, satellite TV, air conditioning, and WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, electric cooker, microwave, kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils and crockery. From the private balcony, you can enjoy the sea view – an ideal place to end the day with breakfast or a glass of wine. Bed linen, towels, and basic household utensils are included in the price.
Further amenities include the use of a communal washing machine at the landlord's, a parking space directly at the property, as well as the possibility of providing a baby bed upon request. Pets are not allowed.
