The White house is a large country cottage offering three bedrooms and a cosy wood burner, ideally located just a short distance from Golspie.. Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: Smart TV, Woodburner
Kitchen: Electric Aga, Microwave, Dishwasher
Sun Room: French Doors Leading To Patio
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Freeview TV
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Fridge/Freezer
First Floor:
Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet
Bedroom 3: Double (4ft 6in) Bed. Central heating (powered by Aga) electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Logs for wood burner avalable locally. Large lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. . Located just a short distance from Golspie, the White House is a large, detached country cottage, offering you spacious, comfortable accommodation. This three bedroomed, three bathroomed cottage has been tastefully furnished and decorated, combining both traditional style with modern comforts.
There are plenty of places to lounge around in this cottage; cosy up around the wood burner and watch some TV, or settle in the south-facing sun lounge. Accessed from the sun lounge is the front garden, where you can light the BBQ and dine out on the patio, if the weather is kind of course. Being situated on a working farm makes a stay at The White House an interesting one, with a taste of rural farm life on the doorstep, just make sure to keep a close eye on any young children in the party at all times.
For days out, the small seaside town of Golspie is a mile north of White House. Here there are a good selection of local shops, including a supermarket, restaurant, pubs, cafés. Beach and harbour. You’ll find further facilities in Brora, the next seaside town along; superb sandy beach, championship golf course and distillery, to name but a few. So, pack your wellies and waterproofs (just in case), prepare to fall in love with Scotland, and let this lovely holiday cottage take care of you during your stay.

A lovely cottage, recently refurbished and maintained to a high standard. Angus and Evelyn made our stay so easy. We met them on arrival and they explained how the cottage worked, although everything was well documented. We need a couple of things, which they sorted in no time at all. We can’t recommend the White House strongly enough. Hopefully we will get to visit again.
