Unbelievably flat back yard leads directly to a private double decker dock with slide. Very rare for Norris Lake shoreline, this "Norris Lake rental cabin" has no steps leading to the dock area. Launch your watercraft next door at the boat ramp or contact us for rental options.
Enter the home to see a wide-open floor plan. The modern, fully equipped kitchen provides the camp chef" with the necessary space and tools to please the hungry crowd while overlooking the party in the nearby TV & dining room. The deck overlooking the lake action and private dock sports a propane grill (free propane).
*Private hot tub located on the main level deck. We empty & refill your private hot tub w/fresh water before each new group. Yes! The home does have a hot tub.
This easy access main level has master queen suite bedroom, a lakeview office w/ queen bed, a den/study with comfortable chairs and a queen bed.
The upper level has laundry room, 2 master king bedrooms, a huge recreation room, 2nd frig, microwave, games. A huge laundry and utility room w/ half bathroom also has full bed, 2 sets of twin/full bunks. Easy access to the upper deck overlooking the lake.
Parking is easy, flat, and connected to the paved access street. Launch your boat at the free public boat ramp conveniently located next door. The nearest marina with full services including another boat ramp is Powell Valley marina followed by Flat Hollow marina. The marinas also have gas, ice, restaurant, beer, and small grocery items, and entertainment such as live music.
***For target dates starting post Labor Day or prior to April 1, contact property manager for important details PRIOR to submitting a booking request.*** The contact information including name, phone number, and email address must belong to the primary 'Guest' - the sole person responsible for booking this home. We do not accept multiple persons or nicknames. *** The primary guest must be a minimum 28 years of age to book this home. This person is who will be held responsible for any damages inflicted upon the property. *** Any violations to these rules will trigger cancellation and forfeiture of an administration fee.

It was a great place for a family vacation. My only advice would be to take your boat or rent one. You want to be on the water while you are there.

The house was great for our group of 15. We enjoyed the flat yard and easy walk to the lake. The kids enjoyed the dock slide all week. We enjoyed this part of the lake as there wasn’t as much boat traffic as down near some of the marinas, but it was an easy boat ride to anywhere we wanted to go. The deck and dock railings definitely need upgrades, but overall this house was great and we would rent again. Pretty much as advertised.
