Conveniently located near the airport, University, and horse track. We were in town for a baseball tournament and Tim accommodated an early check in for us due to a last minute change in our game schedule. Tim was also excellent with communication. The house is clean, has good internet, A/C, water pressure, and the kitchen is well equipped. Street parking is a little tight but we always had room for two vehicles in front of the house. This house is a great option at the price.

The property was clean, the hosts were very responsible and accommodating. The property was walking distance to the Churchill Downs and 10 minutes from the airport. All positives for us.

While the interior of this home was spotless and modern, the outside yard needed maintenance. The neighborhood is less than desirable.

Didn’t care for parking on the street, but was informed about that before the trip. Somewhat dated home with squeaky floors upstairs but the biggest issue for me was when we stripped the bed we were sleeping on at the end of our stay and found a massive “stain” on the mattress. About made me ill. It was the least equipped kitchen in any VRBO we have stayed in. Location, being very near Churchill Downs, the university, airport and sports venue, is the draw for this property.
