Bright living room with a flat-screen TV and a spacious dining area overlooking the patio and garden, and an open, modern kitchen with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, wall-mounted oven, coffee makers (Nespresso and glass-cargo machine), electric kettle, mixer, egg cooker…;
Guest restroom; utility room with washing machine and freezer.
A travel crib and Trip-Trap chair are available.
Upper floor:
Bedroom 1 - Box spring bed - 180x200 full-length topper, large wardrobe
Bedroom 2 - Double bed - 160x200 full-width mattress, dresser, and desk
Bedroom 3 - Double bed - 140x200 full-width mattress, wardrobe, and desk
Bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Patio/Garden: The large patio is furnished with a table and 6 chairs. Additionally, there are two beach chairs on the patio for your relaxation. Small garden shed for bicycles and a reserved parking spot next to the house. Electric grill (in the garden shed).
The newly built “Ferienhaus 36 Grad,” situated in a quiet location, is in Garding—in the heart of Eiderstedt and very close to Sankt Peter Ording. Lovingly and modernly furnished, this light-filled semi-detached home offers approximately 100 square meters of living space and 3 bedrooms, providing ample room for up to 6 people. The open, modern kitchen and the spacious living area—with floor-to-ceiling windows, a modern dining area, and a cozy sofa—invite you to relax and offer a dream vacation in a comfortable, inviting atmosphere.
