LOGGERS RUN 13 - 5 BEDROOMS TOWNHOME, 3.5 BATHS - BEDDING: Master BR. King, BR #2 King, BR #3 Queen, BR #4 1 Full & 1 Twin, AND BR #5 Set of Bunk Beds. This comfortable and inviting log townhome has slopeside access to the Upper Flume(Green). Three stories with a single car garage, mudroom for ski equipment, gas fireplace, and air conditioning. A well-stocked kitchen, a spacious living space with a large built-in entertainment center, and a large master bedroom with a spa tub. Private deck with hot tub. This comfortable and inviting log townhome has slopeside access to the Upper Flume(Green).
SLOPE SIDE (short walk to Upper Flume) HOT TUB
AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Free Resort Shuttle Service, Parking on Site, and Bike Friendly lodging.
UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

We had an excellent stay at Logger's Run 13!! We made sure we left everything as clean as we could with all of the mud we had that weekend! (We are ATV racers!) I was a little bummed about the extra hottub fee charged to my card afterwards but I understand! Directions on how to adjust the AC/thermostat would be an amazing addition! :) Cant wait to stay again!

Great townhome with amazing view and hot tub!! Comfy beds also! We had a wonderful time and would definitely come again! WiFi was a little slow but that can happen on the mountain. You couldn’t ski right out the back door onto the slope but the steps to access the slope were not far away.
