Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Music Row, the heart of Nashville’s music industry! Explore iconic recording studios, discover live music venues, and indulge in delicious Southern cuisine at nearby restaurants. With everything just a short stroll away, you’ll be right in the action of Music City!
Getting Around:
Many of our guests use Lyft or Uber to travel the short distances needed to get to the main attractions of Nashville, to include the famous Broadway strip. As with any city, there are peak hours, when everyone is traveling, the fees vary but the normal fee within a couple of miles is normally about $6 or so.
Our property is also on a street with a dedicated bike lane, which is great for those looking to hop on one of the many Bird and Lyft scooters easily available on Music Row.
The WeGo Public Transit provides hourly service between downtown and the airport seven days a week. One-way fares between the airport and downtown available $2-6. In town, WeGo provides bus services in and out of downtown and throughout the city. All day, unlimited-ride passes are also available. Music City Central, the downtown transit station, is located at 400 Charlotte Avenue.
Other Things to Note:

This is my new go-to VRBO complex for Nashville stays. Parking is close and secure, you're centrally located (and steps away from a neat dining/shopping district), and the condos are comfortable and stocked with anything you need.I will say that I prefer the Producer's Suite over this one. The bathroom fan is incredibly loud in this one and it's automatically on whenever the bathroom lights are. But if this was the only one available, I'd take it in a heartbeat.The only thing that could make these units better would be in-unit washers and dryers.

The property was exactly as listed! Check in process and communication were excellent! Great location for everything we were looking for! We will definitely book with this property again!

Our stay was great on Music Row. I was initially concerned about the noise levels, but there were no issues at all. While there was some construction, the noise was minimal. The sound machines supplied near the bed were wonderful and the beds were super comfy. Christy was a great communicator and any need we had was met promptly. The only thing we wish we had more of was kitchen space and supplies, as we prefer to cook versus going out for meals.
All in all, we’ll be back in the future!

Pros: Great communication with the owner and she was quick to respond to questions/concerns via text. good location close to Vanderbilt, the Gulch, and downtown Nashville (10-30 minute walk). The area was quiet on the weekend, but there is lots of construction in the area so daytime during the week was a bit noisy. Comfortable bed, quality towels and toilet paper in the bathroom. body wash/shampoo/lotion/dixie cups were provided (great if you are flying and are limited on liquids in your carryon bag). A few snacks and coffee pods were provided (there is a nice coffee shop/cafe just down the street too)
Cons: there isn't countertop space in the kitchen to actually prepare a meal (pots/pans/baking sheets/cutting board/etc to make a meal are provided). Only 4 cups/plates/silverware/etc so plan to wash dishes if eating in. Small bathroom.
Also, this wasn't an issue for us, but there are multiple flights of stairs to get in/out of the unit.
Would definitely consider staying again if we return to Nashville.
