This rural house, located in the old train station, is situated in Campanillas, Málaga.
It features a pool and garden with a barbecue area, has 3 floors, and includes a garage and a large storage room. The first floor features a kitchen, living room, and full bathroom; the second floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom; and the third floor has an attic with 4 beds.
It features two outdoor patios and a garden with a pool equipped with a salt chlorinator, as well as a sun deck. It has its own freshwater well and is equipped with TV and satellite outlets in every room, as well as a washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, and microwave.
It’s in a very quiet area next to the old Campanillas train station and the new one as well; for 1.8 euros, you can reach Málaga’s María Zambrano Station in 7 minutes. It’s located in the Campanillas River valley, with a nearby attraction worth visiting: the river dam. Just 2 km away (a 6-minute drive) is the Guadalhorce Golf Club, whose bar and common areas are open to non-members and offer excellent views. The house is located along a greenway that’s ideal for cycling tourism. There’s a soccer field at the station, as well as a playground.
