Leave your troubles behind and relax in this beautifully outfitted beach front oasis. The moment you walk in the door you will experience the breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the panoramic views from both the living room and master bedroom.
Don't feel like sitting on the beach? Enjoy time on the balcony sipping drinks, and watching some of the magnificent wildlife: dolphins, pelicans, sandpipers and more. Early riser? Grab some coffee and experience the most amazing sunrises to start your day.
Inside you will experience a comfortable living space with picturesque views, a well-equipped kitchen, beautiful bedrooms with smart TVs and all the comforts of home. This unit comfortably sleeps six with use of the queen sofa sleeper. A pac-n-play is provided as well.
In the evening enjoy the front balcony with a view of the inter-coastal waterway and magnificent sunsets. The front balcony is also where you will find other amenities to make your vacation easy and memorable: private laundry area, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys.
Outside you can choose between spending your time in the sand and surf or enjoying the pool (not heated). The building also has a small workout room and sauna for your enjoyment.
Around the area enjoy local shops and restaurants of this wonderful beach community filled with centuries of history with St. Augustine being only one hour north. Daytona Beach is five minutes to the south. Orlando, Disney and Universal is only 1.5 hours away as well.

The room was nice and spacious. Cleaned beautifully before we arrived. Beautiful beach view. Linens were clean, washing machine access along with beach chairs and accessories that you may need as well. TVs in all rooms. Nice clean pool and beach access.

Second time we’ve stayed here and loved it! Beautiful location & views! Condo was perfect for a family of 4. Hope to stay here again in the future.

The condo is very spacious and incredibly clean. The view from the 11th floor balcony is gorgeous. The hosts have taken everything into consideration to ensure you have a wonderful vacation. They provide beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, and beach towels. The beds are comfortable and you can adjust the shower pressure to your liking. They have provided two fans so each bedroom has fan access. There is a full size washer and dryer available and the kitchen has several amenities to allow for fixing meals in the room, including a dishwasher. The property is very secure, requiring key access to all doors, including the beach and the pool. There is a Publix within half a mile from the condo and plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from in either direction. I was impressed that they provided high quality paper towels and toilet paper instead of the cheap, single-ply you normally find. Chuck and Reba really went all out to make sure we have an enjoyable experience. The communication was excellent - there wasn’t a single question I had after getting the welcome instructions. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful view and building/location; very responsive and helpful host! We feel that the unit needs to be updated. Checkout also requires that guests wash towels and sheets before leaving, even after charging for cleaning fees. That was hard for us to do and very disappointing. Otherwise, we greatly enjoyed the stay and would recommend!
