This spacious 3-room corner apartment offers approximately 100 m² of living space and can accommodate up to four people. Even while enjoying breakfast, you can take in the view of ships passing by on the international shipping route. Two bedrooms are each equipped with comfortable double box-spring beds (180 × 200 cm and 160 × 200 cm). One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. In addition, there is another bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, and toilet.
The bright living area, featuring a modern sofa arrangement and dining area, forms the heart of the apartment. The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and offer a sweeping view of the sea; the living area also features a large LCD flat-screen TV with cable.
Throughout the apartment, cozy real wood floors create a pleasant atmosphere. Two furnished balconies facing north and south extend the living space, and free Wi-Fi is available. The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage as well as an additional outdoor parking space. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable basement storage room or in an open bike shelter in front of the building. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.
