Escape to our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the secure, gated West Lucaya community. Enjoy modern comforts with a spacious living area, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. **Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
You will be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver (35.00). We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
NOTE: This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher, and 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap (per bathroom).
We don`t leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.
In accordance with our operational health and hygiene protocols, washcloths are not provided at the property. We kindly recommend that guests bring their own personal washcloths if needed during their stay.
The other towels (bath towel, hand towel, and pool towel) will be provided and will be available at the house, in proportion to the number of guests staying.
🕙 Late Check-Out
Late check-out incurs a USD 60 fee if departure is completed by 12:00 PM.
After 12:00 PM, a full daily rate will be applied.
🔇 Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
🗑️ Excessive Garbage / Extra Cleaning
A USD 80 fee will apply if the house is left with excessive trash or requires additional cleaning beyond normal use.
🚭 Smoking
Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
A USD 250 fee will be charged if smoking is detected indoors.
🐾 Unauthorized Pets
Pets are not allowed unless previously approved.
A USD 250 fee applies for any unapproved pet.
