Great rental a short walk to beach. Unit was well equipped. Only negative is lack of AC in bedrooms - but the ceiling fans helped. Beds are comfy and lots of room to store things. Recommend!

My family had a wonderful stay! We stayed for 5 nights and all of the accommodations were just what we needed. The beach was literally a 3 min walk and very close to some nice places to eat and shop. We had no issues with communication, accommodations or with what was offered. We just wish we could have brought out pup. Just be aware that there is a 20lb limit and a pet fee. The only thing I have to mention was that the floor (upon arrival) could have been cleaner. My crawling toddler had black hands and feet after crawling on the floor for less than 5 min. There were brooms to sweep though. I also noticed dead roaches and some dead baby roaches all over the floor. Them being dead was a good thing and it’s Florida so it’s not unheard of to have some reaches.

Great little condo. Short walk to the beach. The only recommendation I would have for the host is vacuum and a little cleaner to wipe counters would have been helpful.
