Grachtendrööm at Grachtenpark 1, next to Landhaus Steinfeld, right on the water

The new, tastefully furnished ground-floor vacation apartment Grachtendrööm is located directly on two canals and offers a beautiful view from the terrace and through several windows. The bright living and dining area, which is flooded with light thanks to its many floor-to-ceiling windows and features a kitchenette, is comfortably furnished and invites you to relax. Here you’ll find a dining table for 4 people, a modern sofa with an armchair, a TV with a Blu-ray player, and a DAB radio (USB and Bluetooth compatible). The kitchen is new and modern, equipped with a refrigerator with a separate freezer, an oven with a stovetop, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a Senseo pod machine. On the covered terrace, a large table with patio furniture and a large umbrella is perfect for breakfast or dinner; an electric grill is provided.

The apartment features two bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes, and TVs. The bathroom, featuring a walk-in glass shower and an overhead rain shower (including a handheld showerhead), is modern and tiled. It features a double sink with two faucets and a heated towel rack; a hair dryer is also provided.

The utility room is equipped with a washer-dryer, iron, ironing board, and clothes drying rack.

Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures a comfortably warm environment when needed.

All main windows are equipped with pleated blinds and electric exterior blinds (except the patio door).

Pets are not permitted in this apartment.

One parking space is included with the apartment; in front of the house, there is a lockable garden shed with an electrical outlet available for your bicycles. If needed, additional, non-assigned parking spaces are available at Grachtenpark I.

We can now offer charging stations for electric cars at the Greetsiel Grachtenpark (payment based on usage), but we cannot guarantee permanent or unrestricted availability.

The same building houses the accommodations Grachtenblick I, An’t Grachten, and GrachtenGlück; other accommodations at Grachtenpark I include Binnen un’ Buten, Grachtenhüsje, Grachtenrefugium, Haifisch, Hampton Huus, Sielzeit, Zinnenhuus 1, and Zinnenhuus 2.

This accommodations are available for rent during the Easter and fall breaks for stays of five nights or more, with no fixed changeover day.

The vacation rental is located in the picturesque Greetsiel Canal Park, nestled in the idyllic waterfront landscape of the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. The exclusive location right on the canals offers a unique view of the water and a peaceful, maritime atmosphere. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the historic town center with its famous twin windmills, small boutiques, cafés, and restaurants at the harbor. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and bike rides along the dikes, and the North Sea coast is just a short drive away. An ideal location for a relaxing vacation by the water.
