Beautiful, quiet location- close to Beulah and Frankfort. The house itself was beautiful, clean, spacious, and comfortable for our family group ages 75-10. Kitchen was fully equipped and the walk in pantry was such a plus for storing food/dry goods for our family for the week. The extra fridge in the garage was great for storing drinks/water. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Dining table was big enough for all of us to gather for meals and play games, but the house was spacious enough for us to spread out as well. A few things to note- the driveway is very steep, so that made it difficult for the older folks in our group to take walks. The firepit in the yard was also way too difficult to get to safely for the older members of our group. There is a solo fire stove on the patio that was a great alternative. Communication with the rental company wasn’t great. I sent a message prior to arrival with questions that were never answered. We were also having such a lovely time that we tried to extend our trip by one night- which was available- but Evolve and VRBO could not figure this out- much to our disappointment. The communication process to try and get this done was lengthy and unsuccessful.

We had the best time during our stay. The house was beautiful and perfect for our large group. We had plenty of space and the kids loved having their own space in the basement. Communication was quick and thorough. We also loved watching deer in the backyard each morning. It was a safe, beautiful and peaceful location. Highly recommend!

This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and would book again without hesitation.
