About this space
Elegant and spacious 1 bed apartment with the parking space, just 4min walk away from the Hackney Wick tube station.It comes with all essential amenities including wifi. Located next to the Olympic Stadium with easy access by public transport to Canary Wharf and other London's major attractions.

Parking space is based on first come first served basis.
Other things to note
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time of 6 P.M. instead of 3 P.M.
The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to submit a form of identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
No noise policy in-place between 9PM to 7AM.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.
Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of £55. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.
A penalty fare of £150 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke in the property.

Had a great stay, the place was in good clean order. The area was nice. The checking was a little confusing and it wasn’t very clear when I checked out I needed to find this store again about a half a mile away to return the keys. I also was only given one little round soup bar. It didn’t last more than 4 of the 8 days, as well as only 2 towels which is hard to manage for 7 days

Listing was accurate. Check-in was a bit difficult. Had to pick up keys at a different location. Building was hard to distinguish. There were 5 keys and they were not labeled. I couldn't get into the unit until a kind neighbor helped me.
