Not far from the island of Bréhat and the highest cliffs in Brittany, the city reveals itself to lovers of the sea, its jagged coasts, fine sandy beaches, wild panoramas, gastronomy and history.
Spacious, functional and detached house, recently completely renovated, located 400 m from the customs path (GR34), 700 m from the beach of the Grève Saint Marc, 1.2 km from the beach of the Casino and shops.
GARDEN
Enclosed land of 800 m2 with: swing, terraces, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
A shed is available to tenants with: cleaning equipment, garden furniture, deckchairs, garden parasol, 2 beach umbrellas, 1 folding teleworking table, a baby chair, a baby bath.
(possibility to store bicycles in the shed and lock)
First floor
Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, Senséo coffee maker, toaster.
Living room: large table, 6 chairs, wood stove, table football.
Living room: sofa, armchair, smart TV with TNT Sat, Wifi throughout the house.
Bedroom 1: 140x190cm bed, wardrobe cupboard.

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90x200cm, which can be joined together to make a double bed 180x200 (on request), large dresser.

The mattresses are all recent with slatted bases in the 3 bedrooms.

A very nice house, close to town, the beach and the GR34 (walking trail). Quiet neighborhood. The house has a nice outdoor patio (chairs and umbrella available in the storage shed). Beach umbrellas are available as well. Well equipped kitchen with a Senseo coffee pod machine and a drip filter coffee pot. Nice to play with the foosball (“baby foot”) game. Washing machine works very well and there is a basket, clothesline and drying rack. The sun room will dry your clothes quickly . The yard is completely fenced in, with an entry gate you will need to open for your car. The owners/hosts are very responsive. We would definitely come back to this house.

This is a lovely house, well-equipped and very clean. It was an excellent base for us to attend a family party in Tréveneuc. It’s easy to walk into St Quay.

We stay in various holiday cottages several times a year and I commented to my husband that this was the cleanest we have ever stayed in! Beautifully presented, very well equipped and with a great location we had a wonderfully comfortable stay. Although my ‘kids’ are adults they loved the table football as did their Dad (well he is a big kid anyway!). Directions were super clear and the welcome booklet was very helpful for things to do as Brittany is new to us. Now we have found this property we will certainly be back as this one suited us so well. Thank you to the hosts!

We had a lovely peaceful break in St Quay Portrieux and if you’re looking for quiet, this is the place to go!
The house was lovely and kitted out well. Everything was there and more. We took our Golden Retriever and she loved the garden.
The house is ideal for a family with 3 doubles and 2 nice shower rooms. If there was anything to be slightly negative about, it was the sofa - it wasn’t comfortable. We took a sheet to cover it as we always do. The holiday was for rest and relaxation and I’m not well so expected to be resting up on the sofa ! A minor point if you’re just using the house as a base however.
Other than that, I would definitely recommend the property to anyone who wants some peace and quiet and wants to do some walking on the cliff palms across the road from the house.
