From March–October, beach service is included—with two chairs and an umbrella set up daily, ready for you to enjoy.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area with bar seating, vaulted ceilings, and no one above you (third-floor, top-unit privacy!). Please note there’s no elevator, but the stairs are narrow and easy to navigate.

Walk to Kenny D’s, Pompano Joe’s, and Captain Dave’s, or explore nearly 5 miles of biking and walking trails just steps away. This quiet, family-oriented complex offers everything you need for the ultimate Emerald Coast vacation.
