Boasting two bedrooms, this spacious retreat accommodates up to six guests, with a master bedroom featuring a king-size bed and a secondary bedroom offering two queen-size beds.

*Please note that this unit is situated on the second floor without an elevator, which may pose accessibility challenges for guests with mobility concerns. Feel free to reach out if you have any specific questions or if we can assist you in any way to ensure a comfortable stay*

*** Sargassum grass is unpredictable! If it is going to make an appearance it is most likely during the summer time/hurricane season. This and the clean up process is out of our control & just because it is on the beach today does not mean it will be on the beach the next day. The island works hard at getting it cleared as quickly as possible. Rates are lower during this time and therefore there are no refunds given for sargassum grass.
**** Our island is run off of generator power and, as such, tends to experience power outages often. Most of the time these outages are only a few hours at a time, but sometimes outages can be more lengthy. This complex has a back up generator for water and outdoor lighting currently. We do not refund for power outages.

This condo was very very spacious and gorgeous! So clean and comfortable. The host was truly amazing and quick to answer questions and helpful insights about what to do on the island. The View!!!wow. Walk right out the door onto the beach. So close to shopping and ferry in red hook. Would definitely go back!!!

We had an amazing stay here. The location is unbeatable — the beach is just steps away, and there’s a beach bar, coffee shop, pizza spot, and an amazing restaurant all within a short walk. It’s also very close to Red Hook, which made for fun nights out.The home itself was spotless, beautifully appointed, and truly felt like a home away from home. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus, and the three bathrooms made everything easy for our family. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was dreamy with new appliances, and the living space was perfect for relaxing together.The water was drinkable, and even during a brief power outage, the showers still worked. Our host was always available for questions and made everything simple. We will definitely be coming back.

The condo was spacious, very clean, and conveniently located close to the beach. The host was responsive, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process easy . The view was absolutely priceless and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Very nice condo with plenty of room. Right on the beach. Excellent communications and worked with the provisioner so all of our groceries were there before we arrived. Can't wait to do it again.
