"I cannot say enough about this home! It's beautiful! We stayed for 3 nights and left just for ice and drinks! The dock was our hangout, and the kiddos loved the arcade! FABULOUS host that was more than accommodating to our family! Thanks so much for allowing us to rent your little piece of paradise!!"

Things to know before renting Seminole Sunrise on lovely Lake Martin
1) We welcome you to our home at Seminole Sunrise —a wonderful place in a quiet and peaceful area of Lake Martin! It is a perfect place for families looking to make wonderful memories. The home has been recently updated, and it is a wonderful place to stay. But because of our family location, absolutely no parties! Our home is designed for a maximum of 8 adults, up to groups of 10 with combined adults and children.
2) Again, please respect our neighbors. There are plenty of areas on the lake for party-goers and louder groups…just not this area!
3) Our dock is available for your boat, but it is a somewhat small. Large boats (greater than 22 feet) will not fit and there is room for only ONE boat. It is perfect for standard pontoon boats!
4) The paved driveway is fairly steep. While this is only a minor issue for cars, it can make maneuvering with a trailer more challenging. See the listing photos for more reference. There is a small spot in the parking area to allow for cars to maneuver and turn around.
5) The countryside has insects. We have an exterminator who provides excellent scheduled service. However, bugs and critters will still occasionally enter the property from time to time, and the guest can either trap and free the insect or kill it. We will not judge, but it is part of country life in ANY home here.
6) There is no fence separating the home from the water, so supervise children at all times and keep the doors locked. Absolutely no diving for you and your group's safety
7) We want you to have an amazing experience at our home!!!

The property was exactly as advertised. Loved the king and queen sized beds. Beds were comfortable too!! Having three full bathrooms was also a bonus. Andre was very responsive to any questions and very helpful. Beautiful lake house with an awesome view.

Great location on lake Martin. Easy access to fun things to do and good amount of space in the house for people to spread out. Kids love the game and the lake views were great. Would book again. Our 22ft boat fit easily on the dock and the water was deep enough to not worry about it. Like the host says the driveway is fairly steep so putting the trailer in the driveway can be challenging but not impossible. Great communication from the host. Quick responses and the home was great.

The house was beautiful with wonderful views of Lake Martin. The water was perfect for swimming. The sitting room outside was cozy and we stayed outside most of the time. It was nice to have use of the kayak and swim items. Great parks and restaurants nearby. Our host was very nice when answering any questions we had. I highly recommend this lovely home and we will return as well.
