Right smack in the middle of the city in safe Broadmoor/Uptown, this apt. is a mile from the streetcar line on St. Charles (and all those fun parades) and a ten-minute drive to the Quarter (and the universities, hospitals, Metairie, Westbank, etc.). Two bedrooms, one bath, and queen air mattress available. Apt. also has a lovely front porch and deck. One half of a double/duplex. Off-street parking for one car and plenty of street parking.

We had a wonderful time in your home! Thank you so much. The location was excellent. We love the New Orleans charm of the house, the beds were comfortable, and all the amenities were provided.

Easy to access. The listing was sleeps 6/2 queen beds and 1 double sleeper bed sofa. The sofa did not convert to a sleeper. After contacting the host they said Vrbo listed incorrectly and it has an air mattress not a sleeper sofa. When we tried to inflate the mattress it would not inflate. So 2 of our party had no place to sleep. The host was apologetic but it did not resolve our problem.
